Dear Community, 

I am excited to share the news of my pregnancy! Our baby is due Summer 2026 & has lead to my decision of obtaining a Prenatal Yoga Certification. 

In addition to Behavioral Health Prolific's current available services, starting Spring 2026, I will be teaching Yoga for expecting & postpartum mothers.
